Felix

Felix is a passionate advocate for bridging the gaps between labor forces and management, dedicated to supporting refugees and immigrants. He firmly believes in the transformative power of community, diversity, and the boundless potential within each individual.

What sets his journey apart is that he was a refugee for over 25 years in Rwanda, living all those years in a refugee camp with the support of various nonprofit organizations. This experience has fueled his determination to give back to his community and support other vulnerable individuals worldwide. 

Felix earned a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University. He lives in Houston, Texas, pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Houston Christian University.
